06.25.05 - Announcement
Hi everyone. Sorry for the lack of updates in, like, forever. I have come to the decision that I no longer have time to keep this site up to date, and would like to turn the management and updating of this site over to another web-savvy Ari fan. If you are interested in helping out with the site, you must know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The site is not database driven or dynamically generated so dont worry about that. The job basically requires keeping up to date with current happenings, updating setlists, previous tour dates, adding lyrics, pictures, information on the new disc, etc. etc.

03.04.04 - Ari Signs With Columbia Records
The announcement has just been made that Ari has signed a deal with Columbia Records.  Read more about it here.
In other news, I'm sorry for the long time without an update.  I'll have a complete update of this site in a week or two.

01.18.03 - New Video Available for Download!!
A video of Ari performing "Not For Long" is not available in the music>sounds section.  There are three versions - medium quality broadband streaming, low quality dialup streaming, and high quality download.  Also updated the Past Shows section to be up to date through the end of 2003.
In other news... This website has been up for over a year and I only have 8 entries in my guestbook.  That is pathetic.  Please pity me and sign the guestbook :-D

12.21.03 - Finally Another Update and New Functionality
Sorry for keeping the updates few and far between.  I fixed a bunch of problem links with the tabs.  Catherine Gagné updated her tabs website (which incidentally looks awesome now and you should check it out) and I've since updated my links to reflect her updates.  Added several more setlists.
Updated the main shows page to reflect the newest setlists and source info added.  It also has links to good shows to download.  Oh, and grab what's up at the sounds section while you can, because I'll probably be changing it up very shortly (i.e. taking down some old stuff and putting up some new stuff)

10.20.03 - UPDATE!!
Yes, it has come time for another update (finally...).  You will find several more setlists, a few more source info, and some new news.  There's also a new tab of I've Got You, courtesy of Manuel Acance.  All you musicians out there can check it out!  Keep sending in pictures, setlists, reviews, etc.

9.7.03 - Update and New Functionality
Make sure to check the news section for new news.
Added a lot more source info and setlists.  In addition, on the source info page, you can now see which shows are hosted on the Archive, along with direct links to the details and downloads site.  If you are still in the dark about the Archive, Etree, one of the largest show trading databases on the net, and Archive.org, paired together in 2002 to create the Live Music Archive, which hosts 100's of shows for download by trade friendly bands.  Ari currently has 46 shows on the Archive.
A couple more discs have been added to the discography section as well.  What other discs?  Well check it out and see.

3.7.03 - Update
Clip of Barry Zito interview now available! Listen to the Cy Young Award winning baseball player speak of how Ari is "so kick ass" - listen HERE, or go to the music section under "sound clips".  Thanks to Rachel Rosemire for capturing this clip.

2.21.03 - Update and Message
NEW SONGS available for download.  Visit the music section under "sound clips" to find MP3's of Easy Together and Divider Line.  Also, some more source info, fan photos, and cd stomps have been added.  If you're going to any of Ari's shows soon, please try to remember or write down the setlist, and submit it.  Thanks :-)

Some more reviews were added to the reviews page and some more photos were added. The news has been updated so go check it out!  Also, read some interesting things about Story After Story in the discography section.  Finally added the "press" page under the news section, which contains links to articles on Ari and sites at which he is featured.

Also, as Ari is about to embark upon his beginning tour of 2003, we at theahsa would like to wish him good luck.  GOOD LUCK ARI!!

Happy new year everyone!  I hope that 2003 is good to everyone, and I hope that each and every one of you will have the opportunity to see Ari perform at least once this year :-)

Some more reviews, setlists, backgrounds, and fan photos have been added.  The news section is freshly updated.  I've decided that this site will have weekly or biweekly updates.  I may change a few things in between, but my goal is to keep it freshly updated at least once every two weeks.  Keep sending in your setlists, reviews, and pictures/graphics.  Thanks to all those who have submitted so far.

12.01.02 - Update
A lot more photos have been added, especially for several shows in mid-November.  The servers page has been updated with a new server - the etree.org archives.  Lyrics to all songs from Story After Story have been added.  Enjoy!

Hey everyone!  Welcome to  the first all-encompassing Ari Hest fan site!!  Let this site be your source for lyrics, photos, setlists and source info files, tabs, and much much more.  You will need Internet Explorer 4 or higher to view this site, as it is not formatted to work correctly in Netscape.  TheAHSA was created by a fan for fans.  If you have anything you'd like to submit to us, please do so!!  Photos, setlists, reviews, we'll take almost anything that is Ari related!! (and of course you'll get credit for it)

Check back often for news and updates.  Site updates will be located right here, so you can see what's new since your last visit, and news about Ari is located in the "News" section.  To get back to this home page, simply click the graphic in the upper left hand corner.
